Dog Park!

I was pleased to read in the Sunday Pilot that Kitty Hawk will include a fenced Dog Park as part of it's coming 1800 acre multi-use park off Woods Road.

A well socialized dog is a better and happier pet - I hope more towns will follow Kitty Hawk's example.  Considering that the Dog Park was the number one request from the town's use survey, I would imagine we should be seeing more fenced parks where our dogs can run free and play with their furry friends.

Now, if we could just get started on a bike path for Colington Road...
